Kairos Executive Programs emerged from a shared passion for leadership and the belief in the perfect timing for transformative change. Our founders, three professionals with diverse expertise, crossed paths during their certification in the Maxwell Leadership Team and decided to leverage their vast experience in Education, Organizational Development, HR, talent development, and more.
The name "Kairos," meaning the opportune moment, was chosen to signify our mission to meet today's urgent need for leadership development. "Executive Programs" reflects our comprehensive offerings designed to equip leaders with the skills to tackle complex challenges and drive sustainable growth.
